An AI agent is software that reads a message or document, decides what to do using your own information, and takes an action such as replying, updating your CRM or booking a call. Unlike a basic chatbot it can complete a task, and unlike a person it works at 2am. We always add a human hand-off for anything sensitive.
A single automation starts at ₹15,000. An AI agent on WhatsApp or your website, connected to your CRM, usually starts at ₹40,000. Running costs such as WhatsApp API conversation charges and AI model usage depend on your volume, and we estimate them in writing before you commit.
It answers only from the documents and rules you approve. When it is not sure, it says so and passes the conversation to your team. Before launch we test it against real past enquiries and fix every wrong or vague reply.
Every agent runs with the smallest permissions it needs, API keys are stored securely and never in the website code, and every action is logged. We use AI providers whose business terms do not train on your data, and we can keep sensitive fields out of the AI entirely.
Yes, once the number is moved to the WhatsApp Business API through an approved provider. The normal WhatsApp Business app on a phone cannot be automated safely. We handle the setup and the template approvals.
Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets and most tools with an API, connected directly or through Zapier and Make. If your current tool cannot do the job, we will tell you before you spend money.
