Shopify development for brands that want more orders, not just a new theme
We build Shopify stores from scratch, rebuild slow ones, and fix the checkout problems the default setup does not handle. You work directly with the developers writing the Liquid code.

How we approach it
A Shopify store has two jobs: make the product look worth buying, and make buying it effortless. Most stores lose sales in the second part, in slow pages, confusing product pages, a checkout that asks too much, or tracking that cannot tell you where shoppers leave.
We build and fix Shopify stores in Liquid, Shopify's own theme language, so you are not locked into a page-builder app and the store stays fast. Whether you need a new store, a rebuild of a slow one, or a handful of fixes to the one you have, you work directly with the developers writing the code.
Every project starts with a short audit of what is already there: theme code, installed apps, page speed, checkout steps and analytics. You get a written list of what to change first and why, before any money is spent on a rebuild.

What is included
Custom Shopify 2.0 theme
A theme built from scratch in Liquid with sections and blocks, so your team can rearrange and edit pages in the theme editor without a developer.
Theme fixes and new sections
Do not need a full rebuild? We add or fix individual sections: product page layouts, bundles, size guides, mega menus, announcement bars and landing pages.
Checkout and cart improvements
Cart drawers, upsells, shipping and payment messaging, and checkout fixes within what Shopify allows, to remove the steps where shoppers drop off.
Markets and multi-currency
Selling beyond India? We set up Shopify Markets for local currencies, domains and languages, and check that prices and taxes display correctly.
GA4, GTM and Klaviyo
Full e-commerce tracking (view item, add to cart, begin checkout, purchase) so reports match reality, plus Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment and post-purchase.
Speed and app clean-up
We measure page speed before we start, remove or replace heavy apps, compress and lazy-load media, and measure again so the improvement is visible.

Common questions
How long does a Shopify store take to build?
A full custom store takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the number of templates and integrations. Fixes and smaller changes usually take 1–2 weeks. We give a realistic number after the first call.
What does a Shopify project cost?
It depends on scope: a few theme fixes cost far less than a full custom theme with integrations. You get a fixed quote in writing after the first free call, so there are no hourly surprises.
Can you migrate my existing store to Shopify?
It depends on your current platform. Tell us which one you are on and we will confirm on the call whether and how we can move products, customers and URLs, with redirects to protect your search rankings.
Will I be able to edit the store myself?
Yes. We build with Shopify's section system so you can change content, images and layout in the theme editor, and we record a short walkthrough for your team.
Do you work on stores that already have a theme?
Yes. Many projects are fixes to an existing theme. We review the code first and tell you honestly whether to fix it or rebuild it.
Do you offer support after launch?
Two weeks of fixes are included. After that you can choose a monthly retainer, per-task billing, or a clean handover with documentation.
