Most WhatsApp tools sell you software and leave the setup to you. We are the team that builds it: we move your number to the API, write the answers with you, connect your CRM and calendar, and test the agent on your real past chats. Since 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service replies beyond 1,000 a month, so we also design the flow to keep message costs low.

Example: a clinic sending 3,000 service replies and 1,500 appointment reminders a month pays Meta roughly (2,000 × ₹0.115) + (1,500 × ₹0.115) ≈ ₹400 before GST, because the first 1,000 service replies are free. Your WhatsApp provider adds its own platform fee, and 18% GST applies. Meta can change rates at the start of a quarter, so we confirm current rates in your written quote.

Setup of instant replies with lead capture starts at ₹15,000. An AI agent with booking and CRM sync usually costs ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000. Meta per-message charges and your provider fee are extra and paid directly. See pricing.
Partly. Since 1 October 2026 each WhatsApp Business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month; after that, replies are charged at the utility rate (₹0.115 per message list rate in India), plus GST and provider fees.
Meta does not allow general-purpose AI assistants on the WhatsApp Business API. Task-specific bots for customer support, booking and lead qualification are allowed, and that is what we build.
Yes. The number is moved to the WhatsApp Business API through an approved provider. After that it cannot be used in the normal WhatsApp app on a phone; your team uses a shared inbox instead.
Yes. Promotional messages need opt-in, and customer data should be handled under India's DPDP Act. We set up opt-in wording and keep the bot from storing data it does not need.
